Scion Medical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a 100% Remote Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for a highly impactful faith-based nonprofit offering various social service programs. This full-time direct-hire opportunity offers a highly manageable caseload in Wenatchee, WA. Early career mental health professionals (licensed and non-licensed) with direct Clinical Treatment Services experience are highly encouraged to apply.

- $65,000-$75,000 annual salary DOE

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will serve clients by providing outpatient clinical consultations, assessments, group and individual therapy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meets with Clinical Director to report on department progress and supervision.
- Assists in developing program plans and treatment strategies for clients within the program.
- Assures that all mental health treatment is in line with the policies, procedures, and requirements as contracted with the appropriate MCOs
- Utilize and document the requirements to maintain fidelity in designated Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) as assigned
- Provide mental health consultation to consumers and/or medical staff
- Write appropriate documentation of clinical services provided.
- Completes assessments on persons seen and documents appropriately
- Establish and maintain working relationships with community resources, coordinate patient treatment with other providers, and initiate referrals to medical providers of other community resources when appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or Social Work
- 1+ years of direct Clinical Treatment Services
- Strong family and individual clinical assessments skills
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Valid Washington State driver's license and agency-required minimum liability insurance
PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED
- Washington State Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist license
- Social Worker Licensure, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist within the state of Washington
- Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration
