Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Family Law Attorney on behalf of our client, a highly reputable law firm that handles many areas of law including criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, immigration, trusts and estates, family, OFAC, business transactional and whistleblower law, with an office located in beautiful Fairfax, VA!
This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Level Attorney with their own practice who thrives in fast moving environments and has in-depth knowledge and experience with Family Law. Our client’s law firm has an amazing reputation and an impressive track record. If you are an Attorney who is interested in joining a firm as senior counsel that will handle matters in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia this opportunity is one you will want to consider! This full-time role is available for immediate hire and is a hybrid remote/in-office opportunity.
-Manage a full case load while delivering a high level of service to clients
-Oversee and handle Family Law cases
-Deliver consistent and positive client communication
-Oversee depositions and engage in mediation
-Actively engage in new business development
Experience & Requirements:
-Barred in VA, DC, or MD
-3+ years of Family Law is preferred
-An established book of business is preferred
-Superb written and verbal communication skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Positive attitude and dependable nature
