Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for a Personal Injury Attorney on behalf of our client, a highly reputable law firm that handles many areas of law including criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, immigration, trusts and estates, family, OFAC, business transactional and whistleblower law, with an office located in beautiful Washington, DC!

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney is who barred in Virginia to join our client's personal injury/medical malpractice team. Our client’s law firm has an amazing reputation and an impressive track record. If you are an Attorney who is interested in joining a firm with an established team of passionate individuals that are committed to upholding high standards of representation and customer service this opportunity is one you will want to consider! This full-time role is available for immediate hire and is a hybrid remote/in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities:
-Work directly with the head of litigation 
-Represent plaintiffs with injury and malpractice matters in the DC metro area
-Deliver consistent and positive client communication
-Oversee depositions 
-Handle high volumes of cases

Experience & Requirements:
-Active member and good standing with the Virginia Bar
-Extensive litigation and Personal Injury experience
-Knowledgeable with the plaintiff side of personal injury  
-Proficient with handling high volumes of cases
-Settlement experience is a must 
-Superb written and verbal communication skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Positive attitude and dependable nature
