Scion Staffing has been engaged to lead the search for a motivated Director of Clinical Programs with a leading nonprofit addressing mental health issues in underrepresented communities. This is a part-time, contract opportunity (6-months) offering a competitive salary and the chance to make a positive impact while maintaining the flexibility of working from home!

RESPONSIBILITIES:      

• The Director of Clinical Programs (Clinic Director) is responsible for implementing, evaluating, and collaborating with other staff to ensure the effectiveness, relevancy, and sustainability of the center, which includes the robust clinical training program.
• Clinic Director reports directly to the Executive Director and supervises a diverse staff consisting of licensed clinicians and support staff who provide program delivery.
• Manage the clinical training program, which includes the annual new clinician orientation and provide individual weekly supervision as needed
• Meet regularly with Clinical Program Staff (Quality Assurance Coordinator, Intake Coordinator Clinical Administrative Assistant, Director of Community Programs, and HIV Program Manager Clinician, as a group and individually, to ensure their ongoing support and promote effective and sustainable functioning of the Clinical Services Program
• Liaison with graduate school field placement offices to support new clinician placements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing mental health programs in a clinical environment
• Experience working with LGBTQI+ or alternative marginalized communities a plus
• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a clinical setting
• Licensed as an MFT, LCSW, LPCC or Clinical Psychologist in the state of CA for a minimum of 2 years.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of HIPPA and CA compliance law

COMPENSATION:

This opportunity offers a competitive pay rate of $40-45 / hr DOE.
