Scion Staffing ( has been retained to conduct the search for a contract Administrative Facilities Coordinator for our client, a well-known Nonprofit Organization in San Francisco, CA 


  • Support the department though web research, purchasing, payment / invoice processing, and being the primary contact person for outside vendors and contractors 
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors regarding materials, quotes, scheduling, delivery, etc. 
  • Respond appropriately to e-mail, phone and written inquiries from internal and external customers 
  • Schedule and set up for meetings, events and projects
  • Data entry consisting of; Purchase Orders, tickets, and ordering department supplies
  • Account Reconciliation of vendor accounts
  • Assist with regular coordination of scheduled reports as needed or requested by department Manager
  • Regular correspondence, both verbal and written with department staff regarding Facility related matters


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a coordination / administrative role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Detail orientated, creative and flexible
  • Ability to prioritize work, anticipate needs, adapt quickly to changes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience reviewing and completing forms, reports, financial transactions, and spreadsheets with excellent attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

$30+ / hr  DOE.
