Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced FUNDRAISING MANAGER for our client, an incredible NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION in SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA!

Scion Staffing is seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager for immediate hire! This incredible role offers the opportunity to join a mission centric, nationally powered organization and work with an amazing team while making an impact in the organizations mission and values! This role offers a hybrid working schedule with great potential for career advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with various departments within the organization to effectively communicate the organizations overall mission, programs, resources, and priorities.
• Develop recruitment plan to attract volunteers for peer-to-peer events
• Organize mission centered, local donor cultivation events and prospecting high-impact donors for national stewardship activities Fundraising & Relationship Building
• Network with key donors for engaged support
• Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue goals.
• Offer input into the development of strategic planning for peer to peer fundraising products, including revenue, budget, goals, and timelines.
• Execute innovative strategic plan developed annually and revised periodically to ensure team exceeds all revenue goals.
• Collaborate with local relationship team and national shared service partners
• Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to volunteers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fundraising / event planning
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• Strong social media and project management
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
