Scion Nonprofit Staffing ( has been engaged to conduct a search for a Compensation Analyst for immediate hire for our client, a second chance organization providing supportive services for those who have been through the justice system. This is a Direct Hire, fully remote opportunity but you must reside in Washington State.

As the Compensation Analyst, you will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and help to elevate our compensation strategy to support growth. You will work to operationalize the strategy and ensure it is embraced across the organization.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage all activities related to the organization’s compensation administration program in ADP.
  • Manage all market pricing activities to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
  • Understand employment-related federal and state laws and regulations and the legal requirements of wage and hour laws affecting compensation and classification programs, including the Fair Labor Standards Act.
  • Provide analytical expertise, guidance, and interpretation of compensation policies and procedures
  • Collaborate on the high-level process planning components related to compensation program revisions, development, and re-design
  • Make recommendations and provide guidance to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy both individually, and as part of a team
  • Exercise sound judgment, work and interact with others with a high level of integrity and address sensitive and confidential information.


What You Have to Offer:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst in a non-profit organization, healthcare a PLUS!
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • ADP a plus!
  • Experience designing Incentives Programs
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take initiative


Compensation & Additional Details:

  • Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm
  • Location: Remote local to Washington State
  • Job Type: Direct Hire
  • Remote office equipment will be provided
  • $40 monthly cell phone stipend
