Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced RECRUITER for our client, a wonderful NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION in SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA!

Scion Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter for immediate hire! This incredible role provides the opportunity to support a great organization while making an impact by supporting the continued growth of the organization! This is full-time onsite position with great potential for career advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Post jobs to appropriate job boards and career pages
  • Source and recruit candidates by using various databases, social media, and job boards
  • Source, review resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or a staffing agency)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video and phone screening)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
