Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Patron Relations Manager for our client, a San Francisco based nonprofit organization focused on the fine arts and performances! This is a full-time, hybrid, direct-hire opportunity.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendars for executive leadership team, and take detailed notes during meetings
  • Analyze data and create monthly reporting to present to management
  • Work closely with vendors, support with event planning, and manage volunteers
  • Manage donations and keep system up to date and accurate
  • Maintain member database, communicate regularly with donors, and track event attendance
  • Oversee and provide support with bank deposits and credit card charges
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a development or fundraising role
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and be adaptable, resourceful, and organized
  • Previous experience networking and conducting community outreach
  • Event planning experience is preferred
