Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Program Manager for our client, a San Rafael, CA based nonprofit organization that provides resources for vulnerable populations! This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with implementation of added resources to bring more value to the organization
• Review and assess current programs in place and refine as needed to excel services provided
• Ensuring that programs are reaching target groups to increase the number of members served
• Perform community outreach and work closely with other community members, groups, and businesses to build strong relationships
• Produce reports on budgets, status of programs, and other financial reports for management
• Provide leadership and encourage other team members to meet goals and to ensure the metrics of programs are met
• Organize outreach events to educate the community of services
• Assist with program and team events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years experience with program implementation
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other project management tools
• Experience gathering, tracking, and reporting data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and be adaptable, resourceful, and organized
• Experience in a nonprofit or health care environment is preferred
• BA/BS degree preferred
