Operations Executive

Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com)has been engaged to conduct the search for a talented Operations Executive for a compassionate healthcare partner based in Oakland, CA. This temporary onsite position will be a focused partner to the organizations’ operations as a whole, specifically supporting human resource duties and talent acquisition needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review updates and additions to talent acquisition system
• Identify duplication errors, records, and initiate corrective actions
• Report findings to leadership in the form of written or report communications
• Assist with departmental needs such as ordering supplies, preparing reports, interfacing with departmental leaders
• Generate creative reports outlining quantitative and analytical findings
• Target user experience requirements and implement improvement measures
• Develop and maintain specifications to data, system applications, and routine processes
• Act as gatekeeper to data integrity protocols
• Interface and collaborate with internal and external departments
• Maintain organization of project timelines, overlapping due dates, and coordination measures
• Communicate project updates, goals and conflicting obstacles to upper management
• Point of contact for department heads’ administrative support needs
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience within executive assistant, administration, and/or operations support role
• Comfortability with MOS applications
• 1+ year experience compiling and creating spreadsheets and reports in Excel
• Experience creating moderate to complex presentations- PowerPoint, graphs, charts, illustrations, data sets
