Lindsay McNicholas has been selected as the next Senior Director of Operations for the Family Star Montessori School in partnership with Joanne MacGregor and the Scion Executive Search team. She brings a career’s worth of experience in nonprofit management, grant writing, and fundraising and is thrilled to be joining Family Star.

Passionate about education, equity, and access, Lindsay has spent the past 15 years advocating for some of Denver’s most vulnerable families. She shared, “If something will impact the students in our care, that becomes the highest priority to address, no questions asked. The well-being of the children we care for is always front and center.”

The author of numerous published works, Lindsay holds a Master of Arts in international human rights and a Bachelor of Arts in human rights and sociology. The Denver community holds a special place in Lindsay’s heart, as she was born and raised in the metro area.
