Isaac Woodrow Schild., J.D. is an established executive search expert in the nonprofit sector. As an national nonprofit search consultant, speaker, nonprofit board member, and organizational development consultant, he is a zealous nonprofit professional committed to bettering our communities and inspiring effective nonprofit organizational management and best practices.<\/p>\n

Over the past twenty\u00a0years Isaac has successfully led over five hundred executive searches for a variety of national prestigious nonprofit organizations, foundations, and educational institutions.<\/p>\n

Mr. Schild is a founding member of Scion Staffing, Inc., and holds a Juris Doctor (J. D.) from Golden Gate Law in San Francisco and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon. He studied international law in association with George Mason Law at the University of the Netherlands Antilles, and had the pleasure of working for the House of Representatives, Government Reform Committee during law school.<\/p>\n

Isaac\u2019s work and expertise has been featured by Seedco, in the report When Good Work Makes Good Sense: Social Purpose Business Case Studies<\/em>, featured by CBS News on the segment \u201cWhere Is the Job Growth Happening,\u201d \u00a0interviewed for several Harvard University case studies,\u00a0 and has\u00a0 served as an expert on multiple panels and events such as: Ask The Experts \u2013 Golden Gate University, Ask HR \u2013 San Francisco State University, Association of Fundraising Professionals \u2013 Fundraising Day,\u00a0 Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Annual Party Speaker, Progressive Job Fair, Your Best Job Search. EVER, and Getting the Job You Want in the Nonprofit Sector. He was also called upon to help recruit over 125 emergency counseling workforce members for Safe Horizon that counseled and represented hundreds of families of the victims of 9\/11.<\/p>\n

Prior to Isaac\u2019s leadership role as Managing Partner at Scion Executive Search, he served as President of First Source Staffing, (part of the nonprofit housing and workforce development organization Fifth Avenue Committee in NYC), and as the Director of Business Development at Professionals for Nonprofits, Inc. in New York, NY. Isaac is also the Founder and Co-Executive Director of the prestigious nonprofit art and youth organization the San Francisco Independent International\u00a0Frozen Film Festival<\/em>.<\/p>\n
