Scion Executive Search is pleased to share that Crystal Saulsberry has been selected as the incoming Executive Director of Nursing at Northeast Lakeview College (Alamo Colleges District)! Crystal is a transformational leader who brings over 25 years of experience as a nurse, nursing leader, and educator. During her career, she has drawn upon insights from esteemed leaders and academics, incorporating them into her pursuits as her leadership skills have evolved. Crystal is eager to guide and lead fellow individuals in the fulfilling field of nursing. She shared, “I worked hard obtaining the knowledge and experiences that would allow me to mentor and lead others in this wonderful profession. Working for a community college has been a goal and this opportunity will help me fulfill that ambition.”

Established in 2007, Northeast Lakeview College (NLC) is the newest of the five Alamo Colleges, offering 370,000 square feet of academic space in Universal City, TX. NLC serves about 6,000 students from 10 small surrounding communities and northeast San Antonio—including Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties. NLC empowers its students for success by offering educational programs and cultural enrichment opportunities. The College provides quality teaching, measurable learning, and public service that contributes to the earning of associate degrees and certificates to improve its community’s future. Also housed on the NLC campus is the Judson Early College (JECA), a unique partnership with Judson ISD that allows high school students to attend college simultaneously and graduate with a high school diploma and an associate degree.
