Executive Search Principal Joanne MacGregor and the team at Scion Executive Search are delighted to share that Jennifer Lennon has been identified as the incoming Director of Development at the Maestro Cares Foundation! 

Jennifer is a collaborative and driven community leader specializing in community outreach, development, marketing, business, and public speaking. She regularly exceeds the fundraising goals assigned to her, delivering unprecedented results for mission-driven organizations. 

In her former role, Jennifer stewarded a portfolio of over 2,000 donors and oversaw her organization’s Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. No stranger to diversified funding, she has orchestrated thousands of events, from small informational sessions to festivals and galas. Jennifer is passionate about education and strongly believes that it is the cornerstone to true long-term change in communities. 

In addition to Jennifer’s extensive development and cultivation experience, she holds a Master of Music from Vandercook College of Music, a Master of Arts in vocal pedagogy from Northeastern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in music performance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
