Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Paralegal for our client, a full-service business law firm based in Dallas, TX! This is a wonderful full-time, onsite, contract opportunity!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with preparing initial drafts of various corporate and estate documents such as disclosure schedules, consents, certificates, ancillary documents, multi-member company agreements, agreements of limited partnership, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
  • Assisting with conversions and preparing required conversion documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and compile signature pages.
  • Prepare stock certificates.
  • File Texas SOS including Certificates of Formation, amendment, and correction.
  • Register entities to transact business in other states.
  • Form domestic entities in other states.
  • Additional duties as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Clio.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills in email and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This exciting opportunity is offering an hourly rate of $31-33.33/hr.+ with optional healthcare benefits after 30 days!
