Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Retail Manager for our esteemed lineage-based membership organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America’s future through education! This incredible role works hands-on, leading a team of managers and retail specialists while overseeing all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, and revenue operations management, driving significant revenue growth that makes a real and tangible impact. This position is for immediate hire and works hybrid (on-site and remote)!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a team of managers and their staff in development efforts
  • Build and foster a team committed to strong customer service and efficient performance
  • Maximize revenue by identifying new opportunities and optimizing processes
  • Monitor and evaluate technology for improving strategy and delivery
  • Ensure alignment across revenue-generating departments
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on product management, messaging, and pricing strategies
  • Participate in contract negotiations with vendors
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities for competitive strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, with an MBA being highly desirable
  • Possess 7-10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in diverse leadership and management roles
  • Demonstrate a successful history in business operations, encompassing marketing, finance, and strategic planning
  • Show proficiency in developing data-driven pricing strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Exhibit strong technical aptitude with various business software and productivity applications
  • Display an inspiring leadership approach, coupled with hands-on staff management skills
  • Showcase ability to leverage financial ratios and metrics for business performance analysis
  • Demonstrate knowledge of methodologies for business process analysis and optimization
  • Prove adeptness in change management, including implementation and monitoring of process enhancements
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This wonderful opportunity offers the ability to make a significant impact leading Retail and Revenue generation for an established organization committed to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America’s future through education. In addition to a competitive base salary (DOE) between $110,000 and $140,000, they offer comprehensive medical benefits, employer-paid life and disability insurance, generous PTO and Sick Leave, and many more perks!
