09 Jan Jonathan Frappier Named Incoming CDO of Farm Sanctuary
Scion Executive Search is elated to share that our wonderful partner and client, Farm Sanctuary, has selected Jonathan Frappier as the organization’s incoming Chief Development Officer! Jonathan has worked in nonprofit management and fundraising for over 25 years, the past three of which have been spent working for vegan and animal-centric organizations.
Jonathan is a cross-departmental leader who brings teams together and connects with donors and the community through his infectious enthusiasm and visionary entrepreneurialism. As a fundraising expert, Jonathan achieves success through a holistic view of development focused on fund diversification. Jonathan is ecstatic to use his skillset and dedication to animals to further Farm Sanctuary’s mission.
Farm Sanctuary is a nonprofit founded in 1986 to combat the abuses of factory farming, advocate for a vegan world, and encourage a new awareness about farm animals and the benefits of cruelty-free living. Today, Farm Sanctuary cares for hundreds of rescued animals at its Watkins Glen, NY, and Acton, CA, sanctuaries—each with an individual story, but all operating on the three pillars of rescue, education, and advocacy. Recognizing the intersection of animal agriculture with critical global issues like climate change, social justice, health, and the environment, Farm Sanctuary works holistically to stop cruelty at its source, change the food system, and “build the good” for animals, people, and the planet.
