With two decades of experience in education and public government working on financial data and multi-million-dollar budgets, Kara brings extensive business development and operational oversight experience. Over the course of her career, Kara has developed and executed statewide accounting policies and procedures, served as the point of contact for organizations on legislative matters, and spearheaded union negotiations and collective bargaining agreements. Kara loves working at the intersection of education and financial operations, and her compelling communication skills and visionary leadership will doubtless be an incredible asset to the team at Lane Community College!
