Nechumah is a visionary nonprofit leader with 25 years of experience in organizational growth, who brings a unique ability to see things that are missing and then craft a solution. A systems and processes-oriented servant leader, Nechumah believes in engaging with her teams and executive leadership, jointly creating tactical road maps for success. Nechumah brings a lifelong appreciation of Greenpeace and shared, “As a vegan, composter, nature lover, backpacker, rock climber, hiker, and tree hugger, I am a passionate advocate for changing the way that humans interact with the environment to ensure it is around for future generations.” 

Greenpeace has changed the world by continuing to make it a better place for all. Together, activists and supporters have gathered to fight to ban commercial whaling, defend the Amazon Reef in Brazil, convince the world’s leaders to stop nuclear testing, protect Antarctica, and so much more. Today, Greenpeace USA is working on campaigns to save the Arctic, fight climate change, defend democracy, protect our forests and our oceans, and promote sustainable food.
