ARF Names Laura Lubushkin Incoming Director of Philanthropy

Scion Executive Search is delighted to share that Laura Lubushkin has been selected as the incoming Director of Philanthropy of Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF)! Laura is a thoughtful and impactful self-starter bringing more than 15 years of experience in major gifts. Possessing an inclination for collaboration and innovation, she is excited to contribute to the meaningful work of a nonprofit that directly impacts and fosters connections. Laura affirmed, “The work ARF does to inspire connection and bond for children, seniors, Veterans, and low-income families, along with its humane education and therapy programs, is crucial to enhancing and creating meaning in people’s lives.”

The Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) is a nationally acclaimed animal welfare organization with a distinctive dual mission: People Rescuing Animals … Animals Rescuing People®. ARF strengthens the human-animal bond through its life-changing programs for children, seniors, Veterans, and under-resourced community members. Since its establishment in 1991, ARF has facilitated the adoption of 49,000 dogs and cats, performed more than 56,000 spay and neuter surgeries to combat pet overpopulation, and graduated 59 rescue-turned-service dogs with their Veteran handlers.
