Rita Sepanian has been selected as the new Director of HR and Administration by the IATSE Training Trust Fund in partnership with Joanne MacGregor and the Scion Executive Search team. Rita has spent over 10 years in the nonprofit space and brings extensive HR and union experience with her to this new role. 

With strong personal integrity, a proactive approach, and a deep belief in the power of company culture, Rita is a proven HR leader and advisor to executive-level leadership. She is an expert in the development and oversight of performance management programs, HR policies and procedures, systems implementation, HR audits, and much more. She is thrilled to join the fantastic team at the IATSE Training Trust Fund. 

Rita’s extensive academic experience includes teaching at ITT Tech and LA Community College as an Adjunct Instructor, achieving an MBA and a degree in Human Resources Management, and participating as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
